The Harrison Residence

A 1960s split-level reimagined in mid-century modern style — new exterior façade, curb appeal, and outdoor living.

The Harrison family loved their 1960s split-level but felt the exterior had lost its identity through decades of piecemeal updates. Working with our in-house architect, we returned the home to a confident mid-century modern language — clean rooflines, warm wood accents, and a sculptural entry.

The landscape follows the same discipline: architectural plant massing, horizontal stone-veneer walls, and a wide low-slung entry walk. The backyard now includes a covered outdoor living space with fireplace, aligned to the interior sightlines from the great room.
